How To Redeem
Log in to your My Health Toolkit account. If you don't have an account, it is easy to sign up. Once you are logged in, you can select Extra Benefits Hub.
If you qualify for an extra benefit, there will be a button next to the benefit that says “Request.” Follow the prompts to redeem.
If you don’t qualify for a benefit or additional steps are required to redeem, the button will say “Learn more.” From there, you can learn about the requirements.

You can earn gift cards or reloadable debit cards to use at some stores. Earn them when you complete wellness visits, preventive screenings and other wellness activities.
